Request deletion of your Speed Read It account
Email haywirestudios11@gmail.com with the subject “Speed Read It account deletion”. Send the request from your account’s email where possible. You can also request deletion of associated data or ask a privacy question. Do not send your password, sign-in code, card number, or identity documents.
A parent or guardian may contact the same address regarding a child’s information. If access to the original account email is unavailable, explain that in your request; verification will be needed before any account records are removed.
What happens after we verify your request
- We remove your Supabase authentication account and associated profile information, including name, email, username, and age, from the active app database.
- We remove the membership entitlement and app-side purchase-token records associated with the account. Account deletion can affect your ability to restore Pro to that deleted account. If a specific legal obligation or active dispute requires limited information to be retained, we explain the affected information, purpose, and applicable retention requirement in our response, and delete it when that requirement ends.
- We handle requests manually and confirm completion. We act without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. We also address relevant service-provider copies. Residual information in provider-managed backups and technical logs may remain until those copies expire under the provider’s retention process; if a backup is restored, the deletion must be reapplied.
Books and reading progress on this device
Your imported library, bookmarks, and reading progress are stored locally. A server-side account request cannot remotely erase those files. Use the app’s book-removal and statistics-reset controls, or clear the app’s device storage to remove all local app data. Device backups may retain copies according to your backup settings.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an annual Google Play subscription. To stop renewal, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel Speed Read It. Google manages payment and refund records under its own policies.
